Clinical Consultation

Supports the implementation and operation of evidence-based collaborative care programs. Consultation can be provided to license mental health providers in the state of Virginia who need a License Mental Health Provider to oversea their program.

Online Counseling Services

Online therapy, also known as e-therapy, e-counseling, tele-therapy or cyber-counseling, is a relatively new development in mental health in which a therapist or counselor provides psychological advice and support over the Internet. This can occur through e-mail, video conferencing, online chat, or Internet phone.

Online therapy can occur in real-time, such as in phone conversations and online chatrooms, or in a time-delayed format, such as through e-mail messages.

Classes, Groups and Workshops

Therapy in a group format to educate, enlighten, inform and increase the individuals self-esteem to promote mental stability.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision hours that meet the Virginia Board of Counseling licensure requirements. Requirement guidelines vary depending on license individual is seeking.

Our services help reduce stress, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
